It is a five-year study at Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory with majors in Composition and Vocal (varieties of vocal art). Four-year study with majors in Music Teaching and Psychology; Music Theory; Instrumental Performance (different types); Music Conducting (different types), and Folk Music Art (different types).
To enroll in the Conservatory, foreign citizens shall be aged up to 35 and have education equivalent to the level of Kazakhstan general secondary education. Students are admitted in accordance with individual contracts. Foreign citizens who do not speak Russian or Kazakh language study two years at the pre-training department and afterwards transferred to the main course.
General estimation of one year study:
Pre-training department USD 1300;
Main courses USD 1800.
Preliminary deadline for document submission is September 15, 2008.
Students can get a room in the Conservatory Dormitory.
